Directions: Adults (12 and over): Take 10 mL (mark on cap) twice daily.

Shake bottle before using. Take approximately 30 minutes before meals.
Store unopened bottle in a cool, dry place (41-77 ˚F). Do not contaminate the formula by drinking directly from the bottle. To preserve the product and prevent its fermentation, keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within four weeks. Keep away from children. Store upright. Liquid iron may in some instances cause surface staining to teeth. Rinse mouth with water, or brush teeth immediately after consuming.
Ingredients: Thiamin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, iron, proprietary blend (aqueous extract from rose hips, chamomile flowers, fennel seed, and spinach leaves; rose hip fruit extract).
Other Ingredients: Grape juice concentrate, pear juice concentrate, black currant juice, water, cherry juice concentrate, blackberry juice concentrate, carrot juice concentrate, and ascorbic acid as antioxidant.
